Flexible options with pay categories, payroll rules and job costing

AcroTime Standard and AcroTime Platinum allow you to configure up to five employee types that follow different sets of rules from the rules engine (i.e. hourly, salaried, union, non-union, temp, etc.) It offers thirty editable pay categories (for instance, 10 work, 10 time off and 10 extra pay). Three labor buckets are available for job costing. You can create an unlimited list under each bucket. Cost Centers are non-relational and are independent lists.

Nominal startup costs

The minimum startup fee of $75.00 for AcroTime Standard or $125.00 for AcroTime Platinum includes set up of your organization, configuration of pay rules and your initial training. (May be higher depending on the complexity of your pay rules and whether you opt for hardware setup assistance.) Additional training is available if needed at a low hourly rate. Note: basic post-setup support is provided as part of the standard monthly program cost.

Low pay-as-you-go monthly fees

Charges are per active employee per month. There is a minimum total charge of $35.00 per month for AcroTime Standard or $50 per month for AcroTime Platinum. These monthly charges include unlimited use of the software 24/7/365 and phone/email support during normal business hours. Note: inactive employee data can be maintained in the system at no charge to allow for accurate historical reporting. Inactive employees can be reactivated at any time.
